Ordering

What’s the process after I submit an order?

You will immediately receive an invoice followed by an email or call (within 24 hours) to confirm pick-up or delivery time.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Minimum 2 business days and within a week. If you require your products sooner please email us at bitelicious.hk@gmail.com and we will accommodate where possible.

 

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. If you would like a special delivery which falls outside our pick-up points then orders under $500 are charged at $50. Free delivery for orders over $500.

What is the order cut off time?
Ideally please order by Friday 5pm for pick-up the following week. Otherwise at least 2 business days before your scheduled pick-up location.

How do I receive my order?

There are a number of pick-up locations including Central, Clearwater Bay, Lam Tin, Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung. Check the schedule for your area here.  Please email us at bitelicious.hk@gmail.com for delivery which fall outside of this schedule and we will accommodate where possible.  

 

What if I live outside your Standard Delivery area?

If you need a customised delivery then email us at bitelicious.hk@gmail.com and we will do our best to sort something out for you! We may have to apply an extra delivery charge to cover the cost.

How do I pay for my order?

Cash on pick-up or delivery or via HSBC PayMe App 


Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes! Being green, we will email your receipt/invoice to you.
